The Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) program prepares students for a rewarding career as a Registered Nurse (RN). This program provides a strong foundation in the biological, behavioral, and nursing sciences, equipping graduates with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide direct patient care across the lifespan. Through a combination of classroom instruction, laboratory simulations, and hands-on clinical experiences, students learn to assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families. A significant portion of the program is dedicated to clinical rotations, allowing students to apply their knowledge in real-world healthcare settings under the supervision of experienced nurses. The ultimate goal of the RN program is to prepare competent, compassionate, and ethical nurses who are eligible to take the NCLEX-RN examination and contribute to the health and well-being of their communities. Upon successful completion of the NCLEX-RN, graduates are licensed to practice as Registered Nurses.
