A Registered Nursing (RN) program, often offered as an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN), is designed to prepare students for a career as a licensed registered nurse. The program provides a solid foundation in nursing theory, clinical practice, and patient care. Students learn essential skills such as administering medications, performing physical assessments, developing care plans, and educating patients and families. A significant portion of the program involves clinical rotations in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities.
