The Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) program is a two-year program designed to prepare graduates for entry-level positions as Registered Nurses (RNs). This program provides a strong foundation in nursing theory and clinical practice, equipping students with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide safe, effective, and patient-centered care. The curriculum covers a broad range of topics, including anatomy and physiology, pharmacology, microbiology, nutrition, and mental health. A significant portion of the program is dedicated to clinical experiences, where students apply their knowledge under the guidance of experienced RNs in various healthcare settings. The ultimate goal of the RN program is to prepare competent and compassionate nurses who are committed to lifelong learning and professional development. Graduates are eligible to take the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN), and upon passing, become licensed Registered Nurses.
