The Registered Nursing (RN) program, commonly offered as an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN), is designed to prepare students for a rewarding and impactful career as a registered nurse. This program provides a strong foundation in nursing principles, patient care techniques, and clinical skills. Students will learn to assess patients’ health needs, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and their families. The curriculum integrates classroom learning with hands-on clinical experience, allowing students to apply their knowledge in real-world healthcare settings. The overarching goal of the RN program is to produce competent, compassionate, and ethical nurses who are prepared to provide safe and effective care to diverse patient populations. Upon successful completion of the program, graduates are eligible to sit for the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-RN) and, upon passing, become licensed Registered Nurses.
