The Registered Nursing (RN) program at Falcon Institute of Health and Science is designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to excel as competent and compassionate registered nurses. This program, typically an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN), provides a comprehensive foundation in nursing theory and clinical practice. Students will learn to assess patients, develop care plans, administer medications, perform treatments, and educate patients and families. The curriculum emphasizes evidence-based practice, critical thinking, and effective communication. A significant portion of the program is dedicated to clinical rotations in various healthcare settings, allowing students to gain hands-on experience and apply their classroom learning to real-world situations. Upon successful completion of the program, graduates will be eligible to sit for the NCLEX-RN examination and, upon passing, become licensed Registered Nurses, ready to provide high-quality care and contribute to the health and well-being of individuals and communities.
