The Registered Nursing (RN) program, often leading to an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN), is designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to provide safe, effective, and patient-centered care. The program integrates classroom instruction, laboratory practice, and clinical experiences to prepare graduates for entry-level nursing positions. Students will learn fundamental nursing concepts, including anatomy and physiology, microbiology, pharmacology, and pathophysiology. The curriculum covers a wide range of nursing specialties, such as medical-surgical, maternal-child, mental health, and community health nursing. A key component of the program is the clinical experience, where students apply their theoretical knowledge under the supervision of experienced nurses in real-world healthcare settings. Graduates are eligible to sit for the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-RN), and upon successful completion, are licensed as Registered Nurses. The program aims to produce compassionate and competent nurses who are committed to lifelong learning and professional growth.
