Sandusky Career Center Nursing Programs in Sandusky, Ohio

The Registered Nursing (RN) program at Sandusky Career Center is designed to prepare students to become competent and compassionate entry-level nurses. This program provides a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary to meet the demands of today’s healthcare environment. Students will learn about the human body, disease processes, medication administration, and various nursing procedures. A significant portion of the program is dedicated to clinical experiences, allowing students to apply their classroom knowledge in real-world healthcare settings under the supervision of experienced RNs and instructors. The curriculum is carefully crafted to align with the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN) blueprint for the NCLEX-RN examination. Upon successful completion of the program, graduates are eligible to sit for the NCLEX-RN exam and, upon passing, become licensed Registered Nurses.
