A Registered Nursing (RN) program, such as an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN), is a two-year program designed to prepare individuals for entry-level positions as registered nurses. The program emphasizes a strong foundation in the sciences, including anatomy, physiology, microbiology, and chemistry, as well as core nursing concepts and clinical skills. Students learn to assess patients’ health needs, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and their families.
