The Registered Nursing (RN) program at Saline County Career Center is designed to prepare students for entry-level positions as registered nurses. This rigorous program combines classroom instruction with hands-on clinical experience to provide students with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to provide safe, effective, and compassionate patient care. The curriculum encompasses a wide range of nursing topics, including foundational sciences, nursing theory, medical-surgical nursing, maternal-newborn nursing, pediatric nursing, mental health nursing, and community health nursing.
