The Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) program at Riverland Community College provides students with the knowledge, skills, and clinical experience necessary to become competent and compassionate Registered Nurses. This program is designed to prepare graduates to provide safe and effective patient care in a variety of healthcare settings. Students will learn foundational nursing concepts, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. The curriculum incorporates both theoretical knowledge and hands-on clinical practice, allowing students to apply their learning in real-world situations. Emphasis is placed on developing critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
