The Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) program is designed to prepare students for entry-level practice as Registered Nurses (RNs). The program provides a solid foundation in the biological, behavioral, and nursing sciences, integrating theory and clinical practice. Students learn to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a variety of healthcare settings. A key focus is on developing critical thinking, communication, and patient education skills, enabling graduates to provide safe, effective, and patient-centered care. Clinical experiences are integral to the program, offering students opportunities to apply their knowledge under the supervision of experienced nursing professionals. Upon successful completion of the program, graduates are eligible to sit for the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-RN), a standardized exam required for licensure as a Registered Nurse. Passing the NCLEX-RN allows graduates to practice as RNs and pursue a rewarding career in nursing.
