A Registered Nursing (RN) program, typically offered as an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN), is designed to prepare students to become entry-level registered nurses. The program focuses on developing the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to provide safe, effective, and compassionate patient care across a variety of healthcare settings. Students learn fundamental nursing concepts, including anatomy, physiology, microbiology, pharmacology, and medical-surgical nursing. A significant portion of the program involves hands-on clinical experiences, where students apply their classroom knowledge in real-world patient care situations under the supervision of experienced nurses. Upon successful completion of the program, graduates are eligible to sit for the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-RN).
