The Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) program is designed to prepare students for a rewarding career as a Registered Nurse (RN). This program combines classroom instruction with hands-on clinical experience to provide a well-rounded education. Students learn the fundamentals of nursing practice, including assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and educating patients and their families. The curriculum emphasizes evidence-based practice, patient safety, and ethical decision-making. A significant portion of the program is dedicated to clinical rotations, allowing students to apply their knowledge and skills in real-world healthcare settings under the supervision of experienced nurses. The primary goal of the RN program is to equip graduates with the knowledge, skills, and professional values necessary to pass the NCLEX-RN exam and provide competent, compassionate care to patients of all ages and backgrounds. Graduates are prepared to work in hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and other healthcare settings.
